HOW WOULD IT BE LIKE TO WORK AS A TELECOM DELIVERY MANAGER WITH US?
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the Telecom Delivery team and oversee the efficient delivery of services.
- Guide the design and implementation of GTS services, including layer 2 and 3 networking.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during the solution’s delivery and implementation phases.
- Gather and assess customer feedback to drive ongoing service improvements.
- Develop strong partnerships and collaborate with peers to resolve issues and enhance delivery criteria.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to meet delivery goals.

Your qualifications:
- Prior experience in:
- Leading a technical team
- Designing and implementing technical solutions
- Delivering telecom services directly to enterprise clients
- A solid, general understanding of technologies and protocols, independent of a specific vendor.
- Experience with networking and IP (with knowledge of a specific vendor, e.g. Cisco — additional vendors are a plus).
- Nice to have:
- Experience with voice networking
- Cloud and storage solutions
- Linux/Unix fundamentals
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
