How would it be like to work as an Senior Account Manager with us?
You will be the GTS voice, face and soul for the customers in your portfolio.
You will be the first to find out when the customer is facing an issue and also, the first to discover which of the customers’ needs can be covered by one of our services.
On some days, you will have to search - together with the technical team - for the best and fastest solutions to our customers’ issues. On some others, you will create and present offers or negotiate contracts.
You and the whole team will be kept up to date with lots of technologies: our training program is an extended one! You will have the chance to learn how to sell complex technologies from well-known vendors!
How do we picture you?
You have sales experience in telecommunications or IT companies. You know the market well.
You have technical knowledge (with or without higher designated education). You easily understand the practical aspects of our business.
You have either experience or passion (or both…) for working with customers. You are sociable, you are a good listener, and a fast learner.
You have leadership qualities, and this helps you in working with the internal team: you can create prompt and efficient solutions together to meet the customers’ expectations.
You are a curious person. You like the idea that one can always be better only by engaging in a process of continuous learning, as the world in which we work becomes more and more complex.
You have a B category driver’s license. This is important, because you will receive a company car.
Last but not least, you are fluent in English :)
