HOW WOULD IT BE LIKE TO WORK AS AN IT Engineering Lead WITH US?
- Act as a technical lead and coach for the System Administration team (Windows & Linux).
- Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring timely and quality response to internal and external customer requests.
- Support the Head of IT Production in planning and allocating resources for infrastructure projects and service delivery.
- Review and validate technical designs, implementation plans, and change requests.
- Collaborate with Project Management, IT Platforms, and Security teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Monitor activities and services technical performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of operational processes, documentation, and automation standards.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
How do we picture you?
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or systems engineering (Windows, Linux, or hybrid environments).
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team coordination role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of virtualization, networking, and IT service management processes (ITIL).
- Experience delivering or supporting infrastructure projects and managed services for multiple customers.
- Good understanding of automation and monitoring tools (e.g., CheckMK, Zabbix, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into actionable plans.
- Exposure to cloud and hybrid environments (VMware, Azure).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
- Microsoft or Linux server computing (OS, Cloud) certifications
