How would it be like to work as Wholesale Account Manager with us?
You will prioritize and execute the Wholesale National/International voice & data portfolio strategy, leveraging key partners and commercial relationships.
You will manage and drive the complete life cycle of complex strategic partnerships namely:
- develop key economic, business, and operational models;
- negotiate win-win commercial terms;
- drive and execute detailed contracts;
- develop and manage successful long term relationships via mutually-agreed account plans and targets;
- manage the partnership evolution over time.
You will establish repeatable processes to prioritize and close new opportunities as well as to grow existing relationships;
Building strong and trusting relationships with key players in the Telecom industry and in related sectors – both in established and emerging segments.
HOW DO WE PICTURE YOU?
Considerable ability to analyze and model market data for development of specific strategies, goals and tactics;
An understanding of a wide range of carrier business models is important;
You have 5+ years of business development and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in Telecom, high-tech;
You are a results-orientation person;
Experienced in negotiating complex contracts;
You are capable developing business case modeling for complex deals;
You build a sound technical foundation – understanding of key Telecom technologies, such as Voice and Data;
You own a strong cross-functional experience with engineering, operations, finance, product development, marketing, and other business stakeholders;
Experienced in managing a large portfolio of partners, with direct accountability for P&L and revenue;
Comfortable with presentation and public speaking;
You can lead in a complex business environment without direct authority (aka “lead via influence”);
You are available to travel in Romania and Abroad.
