GTS launches Unified Communications Services

21.07.2014 | Warsaw | Press Releases

GTS Central Europe (GTS), a leading provider of integrated telecommunications solutions and data center services throughout Central and Eastern Europe, today announced its new unified communications service that combines voice, messaging and collaboration into one seamless solution.

GTS’ Unified Communications (UC) offering integrates multiple communication and collaboration tools into a single platform, enabling companies to improve business efficiency and productivity, while reducing costs. The application is accessible on all laptops, smartphones and tablets that run the major operating systems. With a single interface, employees can now easily navigate between messaging, voice, video and desktop sharing tools in real-time regardless of their location.

CIOs are constantly searching for new technologies that lower costs, consolidate resources and simplify their enterprise architecture. In parallel, more employees are mobile workers and demand better integrated applications to help them work more effectively no matter which device they choose. The per-user pricing model provides the business with a level of cost control and flexibility previous unavailable. Some of the main features available on the platform include: integrated IP phones, messaging and presence, easy-to-use laptop and mobile communicator applications, click2dial with Outlook integration, desktop sharing and audio conferencing.

“We are excited to continue to meet the demands of our business customers and offer a managed service that brings together the different types of communication methods onto one single platform”, said Sunny Kumar, VP of Marketing and Business Development at GTS. “Not only does our UC service enable companies to become more productive and improve employee experience, it allows them to control costs and eliminate significant capital expenditures that are required with other deployments.”
