GTS Backup as a Service Server provides backup and recovery of data for virtual infrastructures, whether they are in our data centers or at your company's locations.
GTS Backup as a Service Server is based on Veritas technology and is integrated with the Cloud platforms from the 2 GTS data centers: Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.
During implementation, our specialists will configure backup policies, depending on your needs and business model. The storage policy refers to data retention and the minimum number of cycles required to create the backup policy. The execution policy concerns the way in which backups are made, how often certain data will be saved, and what is the most recent copy of available data for recovery (RPO).
All data that has been copied between the server and the platform without error will be recovered, guaranteed. In fact, each time a backup is copied, the system generates indicators that confirm the operation’s success.
The security measures for GTS Backup as a Service Server are very serious. The backup platforms located in our data centers are managed and monitored by the GTS Network Operations Center. Physical access to these platforms is prohibited to other customers and unauthorized GTS staff. Furthermore, customers who use the backup platform are separated from each other both in terms of network and hardware, and in terms of backup software.
