The Account Manager role: develops and manage client portfolio.

He/she has the following main responsibilities:
  • to create the ultimate customer experience by managing (. exceeding) the expectations of our customers;
  • to create and manage the proposals for the opportunities, by selling GTS Services & Solutions, respecting internal Business Case Approval Requirements;
  • to identify, qualify, and visit prospects in order to increase clients portfolio;
  • to increase sales in key markets and segments;
  • to negotiate technical and commercial terms of the contracts to be signed;
  • to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • to develop, win, maintain and expand the relationships with customers;
  • to represent the entire range of company products and services;
  • to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
