Position Overview
You will report to CTO and be responsible for overseeing project management activities within our organization.
Your team will handle both external projects for our B2B customers and internal initiatives.
You will drive together with our teams the delivery of new projects and services to our customers, with the aim to retain and improve the premium customer care standards we are providing to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT project management team
- Oversee end-to-end projects’ delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assume a senior project management role for key projects and programs.
- Collaborate with B2B clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Support the team to Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Support the process for resources effective allocation to ensure optimal project execution.
- Continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide regular projects’ status updates, performance metrics, and KPIs to senior management team and other stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering successful projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in project management, preferably within the IT&C industry.
- Project management certification
- Good leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
