Service Management
Each GTS Customer receives, in the momment of contracted service go-live, credentials (username and password) for accessing the Customer Service online application at:
By accessing this application Customers will be able to:

inspect your current financial status:
- credit - the amount of money left in your financial account;
- remaining days - number of days left before your credit will expire, giving your medium daily usage;
- suggested payment - giving your medium daily usage, the amount that you should pay to ensure a positive credit for one month in advance;
- using a navigation form you can browse through your financial status data on different months;
- inspect all payments you made to us, with details and an analysis on each payment;
- inspect all debts to us, also with details and a comparative analysis;
- change your passwords - for security reasons we recommend that you do this step at least once a month!

inspect your usage records on a monthly basis:
- dial-up account - on which days did you connect, using which GTS Telecom POP and at what time of day, how much time did you spend connected, amount of data transferred and cost of each connection, average speed of connection, IP address assigned and so on.
- leased line account - IP traffic analysis (quantity, cost, internal or international traffic);
- as the administrator of a Customer you can inspect the usage and change the passwords of any account in your domain.
